This is letter is after a fine gap, hope all is fine there. I was actually surprised to see 1141 email subscribers for you. Then I checked the element, then I have seen you have not replaced the feedburner Id of www.premiembloggertemplates.com, with your feedburner ID.
If you want to check, place your mouse pointer on the email subscribers widget installed on your site, right click and see to believe it. If you have still doubt, go to above site of PB templates, and check their email subscription. Same numbers you will find there.
This is brought to your concern, because your real time subscribers are diverted to www.premiumbloggertemplates.com.
To correct it, go to your Dashboard, > Design > Edit HTML > Expand the templates > Control + F to see the feeds element, just replace "PBtemplates" with your Feedburner ID.
